Fortunately, most of the same controls that work for the main character also work for Koraidon andMiraidon. The big difference is that the B button is used to jump with Koraidon and Miraidon. In order to fly with these Pokémon, you need to double-tap the B button.
There have also been some quality-of-life improvements on the battle screen. Most notably, you can now press the X button to use a Poke Ball immediately. When pressing the X button, you can also scroll through different Poke Ball options if you want to use an Ultra Ball, Great Ball, or other version.
