Just like your tools, your house can also be upgraded with improvements to space and style. As a successful farmer and explorer, it’s only right that you have a cozy resting place. So here’s how to get all the upgrades and even change up the look to suit your preferred aesthetic.
How to upgrade your house in Coral Island
As you start in Coral Island, your house is a bit lackluster (okay, it needs a lot of work), but it doesn’t have to stay like that for long. you may visit the townCarpenterto schedule some upgrades. These upgrades will cost you some materials and coins but will expand and facelift your farmhouse significantly.
There are three upgrades in total. Each one increases in price and materials required, but will also continue to expand the size of the place as well. Plus, add on more rooms like a Kitchen you can cook in. The Carpenter is usually open9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, and9:00-14:00 on Sundays, so be sure to stop in between those times to schedule your upgrades. How to change your house style in Coral Island
While you can change style while you purchase the upgrades for your house, thanks to the 1.0 update, you can also have a separate option to change yourhouse styleapart from the upgrades. Styles change the house’s exterior appearance without changing anything structurally on the interior. You can do this anytime, as long as you have the coins, at the Carpenter andafter finishing Upgrade Stage 1.
There arefive total stylesyou can choose from, each perfect for a different aesthetic. Take a look at all the styles above (personally, the modern house is my favorite). They will cost you1,000 coinseach to complete, but you may do it anytime you like, without any other materials needed.
Keep saving up your materials and coins to complete your house upgrades over time. You will soon have all the room you need to place furniture and decorations and make it your own. Plus, switch up the exterior style whenever you need a change of scenery.
