A lot of new content was added via DLCs. Fans love Summerset because of the High Elves, but my personal favorite is Morrowind out of pure nostalgia.

Elder Scrolls Online Chapters
Each of these chapters enchanted the story in some new ways by introducing new territories and new characters, as well as new gameplay elements. I already mentioned Morrowind, so I’ll put High Isle as my favorite chapter because of the beautiful sceneries that are in stark contrast with the rest of the world.
