Considering that the new max level in Phase 1 of Season of Discovery is only 25, Blizzard has promised to lower the costs of respecing your toons. So how different are the costs between respecs in Classic and in Phase 1 of SoD?

Traditional World of Warcraft Classic respecing, or the ability to reset your spent talent points in the talent tree, is pricey. Most of the time, you will want a whole different spec while you are leveling versus when you are max level, so you will almost always need to respec at least once.
