Groudon has one of the highest-ranking attacks in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet; hence, you should utilize the stat to your advantage by going withAdamant. Using Swords Dance in tandem with Adamant further increases Groudon’s attack, giving it the ability to potentially one-shot enemies.
On the other hand,Jollyis also a great choice, considering you would almost always want to use Swords Dance first/Will-O-Wisp (depending on the matchup) to increase your attack or lower the enemy’s attack.
The last Nature I recommend for Groudon would beMild, as it increases your Special Attack stat. Although Groudon is not on the level of Gardevoir, it can still dish out decent damage with its special attacks.

Some trainers may overthink about getting the most “optimized” Nature and EVs, these two elements should still be your foundation when choosing the best Nature for a specific Pokémon.
