Strong unit teams in Unicorn Overlord
Depending on how far along you are in the game, the best unit makeup will change as you gain more units. To successfully reach the late game, you’ll need great teams every step of the way, especially if you are planning to play on a more challenging difficulty.
Best early-game Unicorn Overlord teams
Early game, you will be limited to the units you have access to. When you are first able to actually change the makeup of your teams, you will have access to Alain, Chloe, Hodrick, Josef, Lex, Clive, Travis, and Aubin. Until you are able to unlock more units, these are my favorite teams to make with the units you have.

Best Unicorn Overlord unit formations
After you have put a few hours and haverecruited more Unicorn Overlord units, you will be able to build even better teams that are tailored to the situation you have in front of you. However, there are a couple of teams that are just generically good.
