To get to the Bombardier Padewakang Blueprint, you’ll need to cross the very dangerousOpen Sea. The location you’re looking for isTelok Penjarah, which is another major hub like Saint-Anne. It is on thenortheastern portion of the map, specifically theEast Indies. The image below is a straightforward map route to get there from Saint-Anne.
As mentioned, you should be very careful when crossing theOpen Seaas there are a lot ofhigh-level enemy patrolsthat will attack you if you linger for too long. I was able to get toTelok Penjarahas aRover, and I managed to squeeze through the enemy lines by using a lot ofgrilled food.
