While I’ve added all the different classes to my warbands in Wartales, the Brute is my favorite of the three frontline melee classes. So if you’ve decided you want to come out swinging, read on for my best build for the Brute in Wartales.
Wartales is a turn-based tactical RPG in which you put together a party of warriors, levelling them up individually and choosing specializations for each as you progress. Each specialization tier offers several options, allowing you to create a team of individuals that suit your play style.
Best Brute Build in Wartales
I find the best use for Brutes in Wartales is asgame wreckersand I build them as such. If you’re looking for party members to act as tanks, or engage enemies one on one, both Swordsmen and Warriors are better for the tasks. Brutes are best deployed withmassive two-handed weapons, tackling swathes of enemies and pushing outhigh DPSnumbers.

Look for gear that primarily increasesStrength(for damage),Armor, andGuard(as you won’t have a shield). A little bonus Movement never hurts, but I’d lean towards moreConstitution(health) as it will help keep you upright. As for a weapon, any two-hander will do. Thelegendary weaponDagan’s Hammeris particularly well suited to your needs.
