After you craft the sigil, you can open a blood portal to the Abattoir of Zir. Just be warned, this Pinnacle Dungeon is filled with high-level enemies, so you better get the best gear before trying it.

How to get the Bloodforge Sigil in Diablo 4
You could forge the Bloodforged Sigil with the help ofan Occultist in any big city. For that pleasure, you will need800 Sigil Powder, which probably is not a problem to farm if you are level 100. The tricky part is you’re able to only forge the sigil for enteringTier 1 of Abattoir of Zir. The rest of the tiers are available by beating the dungeon, with 25 tiers overall. The reward for beating the Abbatoir Pinnacle Dungeon isTears of Blood Glyph,one of the most valuable items in the game.
