There are a few different ways you can help out your depressed andsick Palsin Palworld, but believe it or not, one of the easiest ways to heal them only requires access to your Palbox. Here’s how!
How to heal Pals using the Palbox in Palworld
Your Pals can grow exhausted after working too hard and lose some of their Sanity. As their Sanity gets lower, the more likely they are to fall sick or depressed, restricting them from providing the proper work and support. Thankfully, there are a few ways you’re able to cure them from these ailments.
One of the easiest ways to help a Pal who isexhausted, haslow sanity, or even wasknocked outduring battle is to place them in the Palbox.
The Palbox is one of the first structures you will unlock in Technology 2 when you start the game, and it is the most crucial item for establishing bases and managing your Pals. Open yourPalbox Management Menu(X on Xbox or M1 on PC) and then move the Pals from your Party into one of the slots in the middleBoxarea.
Pals placed inside the Box willgradually restore health and Sanitywhile they are in there. This can take up to 10 minutes for them to be fully restored.

Does the Palbox cure all ailments in Palworld?
The Palbox can help with some Pal problems, but not all of them. Itwill not restore your Pal’s hunger or cure any sickness or injuries. Ailments like those require you actually to feed them and give them medicine. The Palbox can only help with your Pal’s energy and Sanity, but the rest is up to you as a caretaker.
