Charisma is a Sorcerer’s primary spellcasting modifier, so you should max out your Charisma when creating your character. You will want fairly high Consitution to increase your health and Concentration saving throws. Best feats for Draconic Sorcerers in BG3
The first feat you take should be the Ability Score Improvement to get your Consitution to 16 and your Charisma to 18. It is also not a bad idea to take another Ability Score Improvement to increase your Charisma to 20 later on. The best feat to take after that is Spell Sniper, so you can roll Criticals more often for targetted spells.
