GTA 6 Trailer Release Countdown
Update #1:Rockstar has officially confirmed that GTA 6’s first trailer will be released onDecember 5, 2023 at 9am ET.
With that said, here’s a GTA 6 trailer release countdown based on that:
Original Story:Rockstar has announced that the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released on their 25th anniversary. The exact date of the anniversary is unclear, but Rockstar marked its 20th anniversary on July 02, 2025. Based on this, we anticipate the25th anniversaryto fall on the same day i.e.July 23, 2025.

Rockstar Games has been working on the next Grand Theft Auto game for a while and officially announced it in February 2022. However, some early footage of GTA VI was leaked online last year by a hacker from the Lapsus$ group, who was later convicted in London. Rockstar confirmed that the leaked footage was authentic but not representative of the final product.

According to the leaked footage, GTA 6 will be set in Vice City, a Miami-like metropolis. The footage also reveals a female lead character, who is seen engaging in various activities such as robbing a diner, chatting by the pool, and going to a strip club. As with past GTA games, GTA 6 may initially be released only on consoles, followed by a PC version after a few years.
We are eagerly waiting for Rockstar to reveal the trailer of GTA 6, which is expected to drop in early December. Along with the trailer, we hope to get an official release date for the game, which could be in late 2024 or early 2025.
