Helldivers 2’s slogan of “Protecting freedom from tyranny with the gentle touch of an iron fist” invokes the image of gunning down aliens and protecting humanity but also leaves me with a burning question. Where are the mechs in Helldivers 2?

Fighting giant alien bugs in mechs is a no-brainer and has been a blast since I originally played the Lost Planet series. Adding co-op to the mix and fighting alongside my mechanized friends would be a blast in Helldivers 2. We’ve seen smaller robots and tanks, but not the iconic mechs from the original Helldivers.
Whether mechs are added, Helldivers 2 looks full of heart-pounding action and ways to stomp on alien bugs. The shift from top-down to third-person may have impacted the inclusion of mechs, but we’ll have to wait untilreleasebefore we learn if Helldivers 2 has mechs or not.
