Being a Helldiver requires guts, glory, and, above all, style. Dropping from orbit to decimate aliens and machines may be a blast, but I want to ensure I look good while doing it: that’s where a Helldiver’s armor and weapons come in.
The Warbond: Steel Veterans trailer for Helldivers 2 onPlayStation’s YouTubeshowcased many of the weapons at a Helldiver’s disposal, as well as the Steeled Veteran armor. Unlocks are one of my favorite parts of multiplayer games, and while players can purchase Warbonds, many can be unlocked through in-game progression.

The primary weapons all look satisfying to shoot, but I’ve always been a shotgun fan since my days of playing Halo. I already know I’m going to be running the SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary shotgun. After all, nothing is cooler than a shotgun shooting flaming bullets! Pairing it with the P-4 Senator pistol will round out my loadout because I love a heavy handgun for long-distance firefights.
Additional weapons include the AA-23E Liberator Explosive assault rifle, the explosive JAR-5 Dominator, and, of course, a G-10 Incendiary grenade. Helldivers 2’s meaty and flashy combat is thanks to its weapons, and I can’t wait to unleash lead and fire against my enemies onlaunch day.
