There are two kinds of Milk Molars in Grounded: the regular and Mega Milk Molars, both used to upgrade various abilities. Milk Molars give you permanent yet normal upgrades, while Mega Milk Molars are rarer, boosting the stats for you and all other players, regardless of whether they started in the same world earlier or later on.
