Reliquary Scarab of Vision can befound randomlyon the map if you want to rely on luck. However, if youbuild up your Atlas Treein a way that makes Scarabs appear more frequently, you’ll pick them up at a much faster pace.

Another somewhat reliable way to get the Reliquary Scarab of Vision is at vendors. When you visit one, you can trade three ordinary Scarabs for a random one. Also, if you level up your Atlas Tree the right way, you’ll be able to collect tons of scarabs.
