It’s worth noting that it’sbetter to have a suture needleabove a needle and thread. Suture needles cause less pain than needles and threads and have a higher successful wound treatment rate. This success rate goes up even more if you has a suture needle holder in their inventory.
Will a Deep Wound go away on its own?
If you choose to simply bandage and/or disinfect a Deep Wound instead of sewing it up, it will eventually heal. It willtake about one month in-gameto fully heal, though some have quoted more or less around this time. It’s unclear if a Deep Wound will heal without bandaging or disinfection, but it will likelycontinue to damage your health.

If you come across needle and thread or suture needles early on, try to save them.
