How to get the Medical Supplies in Palworld
If you’re in a rush, the Wandering Merchant sells Medical Supplies, but if you have the time, I recommend making your own. You can save that hard-earned coin and use it on something better like new Pals.
To make Medical Supplies you will need:
To make Ingots, you will need tofarm Orefirst. The best location for farming ore is right behind theDesolate Church at 65, -416.They grow like flowers here. Make sure to use yourDigtoisefor farming if you’re able to help it, as this Pal is one of the best mining Pals in the game. Once you’ve collected enough where you aren’toverweightand can still move, go back to your base. Use the furnace and a fire Pal like a Foxparks to craft yourself some ingots.
Horn and Bone, on the other hand, can’t be crafted, and you have to collect them in the wild. Various Pals drop both materials. If you aren’t sure which ones, check what Possible Drops Pals have in the Paldeck to figure it out.
The best Pals tofarm Bonesare Rushroar and Vixy, which you can find in the areas around the Rayne Syndicate Tower and the Desolate Church.
Tofarm Horns, your best bet are Eykthyrdeer. They can be found pretty easily in the beginning areas where you likely have your first base. They are also lower level here, which makes them easier to defeat.
When you have all of the necessary supplies, go to the Medieval Medicine Work Bench and craft your Medicine Supplies.
