On the other hand, if you are looking for Astegon wild spawn (the non-boss type) they are on the other side of the map at the given location in a sanctuary. you may find them roaming all around the given habitat.

How to catch Astegon in Palworld
Astegon is one of the most challenging boss fights in Palworld. So, I would only recommend it for players abovelevel 35who have unlocked almost every technology belowtier 40. Others can try their luck, but it will be a hard-won battle.
I carried aLegendary Crossbowfor the battle. If you don’t have one, you can use aSingle Shot Assault Riflefor the fight or anything with a damage output above300. Carry around 1000 arrows or bullets, depending upon your weapon type. Also, equip any Water, Ice, or Dragon-type Pals for the battle, as all these types are effective against Dark and Dragon Pals. I took myJormuntide. But, like the weapons, you can bring any other Pals that fit the description.
After gearing up, enter the cave of the Astegon through theDestroyed Mineshaft (-571, -412). Use the below image for a pictorial reference for the entrance.
During the battle, you must evade two attacks from Astegon - anorbfrom the mouth and acontinuous laser attack. For both, keep rolling and promptly dodging as they move towards you. Apart from that, the fight is simple. Command your Pals to target Astegon aggressively while you shower bullets/arrows at the head of the Pal. Once the HP of the boss reaches around 300, throw anUltra Sphereto capture Astegon.

How to breed an Astegon in Palworld
