If you’re looking to do any sort of min-maxing in Palworld, then you’ll need to use the Breeding system at some point. However, you’re going to need Cake to even get started—here’s how you can make some.
How to make Cake in Palworld
Besides the Pals themselves, Cake is the central reagent necessary tobreed Palsin Palworld. To get some, you’ll first need to reachlevel 17and build aCooking Pot.Once you have it unlocked, build and then interact with it. You should see the Cake option in the menu you’re given.

As you can see, there is quite a bit of preparation to be done before you can begin producing Cakes for breeding. However, once you have all these reagents, simply go to yourCooking Potand start the crafting process for a Cake.

Where to find a Mozzarina in Palworld (Map)
If you’ve not yet encountered a Mozzarina, you’re going to need to find some to start producingMilkfor your cake. Typically, they can be found in thesouth-central portion of the map.
These Pals are not very strong and are quite easy to capture, so the process of finding them should be your only hindrance. They also are not heavy eaters, making it easy to take care of several of them at the same time back at your base.
Where to find Chikipi in Palworld (Map)
There’s a good chance you’ve already seen your share of Chikipi, but if you don’t recall where you saw them, you can find a bunch of them around thePlateau of Beginningswaypoint.
This is the same location where you started the game. They are scattered along the road leading down to the mainland. Like with Mozzarina, Chikipi is very low maintenance, making it easy to host several at a time for moreEggs.

Where to find Beegrade in Palworld (Map)
Beegrades are the most dangerous Pal you need to capture, but as long as you have a solid Fire-type Palor a friendwith you when you go after one, you’ll be just fine. You can find them everywhereNorthwest of the Lake Center waypoint.
They are also scattered around the map at random, so there’s a chance you’ve already encountered one before. Beegrades also doesn’t eat much food, so, like the previous two Pals, you won’t have an issue handling a group of them at your base.
