Credit Coupons can be used in two ways inside theFortress of Meropide. The first way was focused on heavily during the 4.1 storyline. Bringing Credit Coupons to theCafeteriaallows you to exchange for high-quality food items in addition to the freeWelfare Meal, as mentioned in the main story. The more Credit Coupons you have, the better food items you can get, so make sure to have a bunch with you.
Additionally, you can also bring them to theRag and Bone Shopto purchase a variety of useful goods, including some items that will help you win the Pankration Ring. As you are not really a prisoner anymore by this point, you can freely go to the Fortress of Meropide and participate in earning Credit Coupons freely without the restrictions played on you during the story.
