There are so many Anomalies that will explode and damage you if you touch them. You can usually explode them from a distance with a Road Flare or a Flare Gun. But if you want to fight fire with fire, then you need to learn how to get Explosives in Pacific Drive.
Where to find Explosives in Pacific Drive
A lot of the crafting materials in the game (likeOlympium fragments) are region locked. Explosives are also only contained in one area of the Olympic zone. If you want to have some fun, then check out where to find Explosives in Pacific Drive below.

you may locate Explosives only in theSmokestacksarea of the Deep zone. There are several places where you can look for them. The main ones areExplosive Crates. You will usually find a few of them on the side of the road. All you have to do is search through them like you would through any other chest, and you should find a few Explosives
However, you should keep in mind that aTicking Tumbler can transform into Explosive Crates, so be careful when looting. If you pick up a crate instead of opening its inventory, then that’s a Ticking Tumbler, and you should throw it away from you before it explodes in your face.
Other than from the Crates, I have also found one or two Explosives intrunks of Abandonded Squires. You can also checkARDA Investigatorsas they usually have a lot of loot in the back. I’ve also managed to find an Explosive in aBeach Ball. The description of it mentions that it loves to absorb materials from the environment.
To harvest a Beach Ball, all you need are either aHand Vacor aThermal Vacuum, and you’ll collect a bunch or Red Balloons along with random items that the Beach Ball has collected, potentially some Explosives.
If you just throw the Explosives, they won’t activate. First, you have tocharge your throwand then let go. The Explosive will be sent flying a certain distance before it explodes once it hits a surface.
