As a Mythic, Itachi is available on both Banner 1 and Banner 2. If you have reached Planet Namek on story mode and unlocked Banner 2, then I suggest always pulling for Mythic units on it. The first banner only has a 0.5% chance of pulling a Mythic, while the second banner has a2% chance.
