Completing camo challenges is one of the most fun aspects of the Modern Warfare 3 Zombies grind. To unlock certain weapon camos, you’ll have to get kills with toxic damage, which can be done pretty easily if you have one required item.
How to get toxic damage kills in MW3 Zombies
For this camo unlock, you need to acquire theBrain Rot Ammo Modpower-up, which you’re able to see above. Use this item while holding the weapon you have to complete the challenge for and start mowing down zombies. The Rival-9 and Striker 9 SMGs ask you to get 250 kills with toxic damage. I tried using the Experimental Gas tactical for this challenge, but it didn’t work.

Where to find Brain Rot Ammo Mod in MWZ (Map)
To get your hands on the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, you can search every house and building forAether Caches, as these are the only containers where I’ve found this item. A more efficient way is to clear outAether NestsandInfested Strongholdsacross the map as these places have guaranteed Aether Cache spawns.
Brain Rot Ammo Mod is a very useful power-up I prefer using on my weapons whenever I find it. With its toxic damage, it has a chance of converting the zombie you’re shooting at into your ally; the turned creature then goes on a killing spree, taking out a few zombies nearby before exploding. This ammo mod really shines when you manage to turn aspecial or elite zombie. Luckily, I was able to infect aDisciplein theMedium Threat Zoneand it took out an entire horde of zombies for me.
