Ability glasses let you see stats, but these three fruits let you boost them with a little bite. Here’s how to get the Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit in Palworld to increase your Pals' stats.
How to find Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit in Palworld
Unlike with Skill Fruits, you won’t be finding these on the many Skill Trees around Palapagos Islands. If you want to find Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit in Palworld, you will need todefeat Bellanoir Libero andBellanoir Libero (Ultra)in a Raid battle.
To start a Raid, you will first have to gatherBellanoir Libero Slab fragments. These can be found in dungeons over level 40. The fragments are always in the last two chests, which you unlock by defeating the Boss Pal of the dungeon. From my experience, the Libero Slab fragments will spawn more in the level 45 dungeons of theAstral Mountainsarea, so head there to collect them.
When it comes to theBellanoir Libero Ultra Slab, you’re able to only get it after defeating the Bellanoir Libero. This way, you’ll be killing two birds with one stone, getting one of the fruits, and getting a Slab for the next battle.
To summon either of these Pals, you will first need to create aSummoning Altarfrom 100 Wood and 20 Paldium Fragments. Make sure to place it at yoursecondary basesince Bellanoir will absolutely destroy everything. I made the mistake of not removing a chest full of ore the first time and ended up walking right through it all. As it weighed and slowed me down, I couldn’t dodge and was vulnerable to all attacks.

Bellanoir Libero and Bellanoir Libero Ultra have 450k and 900k health, respectively, so they will be difficult to defeat. I suggest having as many Pals as you can atlevel 45+. To speed up their leveling, you can give your PalsTraining Manuals, which you also find in caves.
When it comes to your character, bring in the strongest weapon you have. I suggest aRocket Launcherand a lot of Rockets. Since you only have ten minutes to defeat the Pal, dealing with a lot of damage and trying to stay alive can be very tough. If you canhave a groupjoin you for this raid, that would make your life so much easier.
attempt to aim for the head of Bellanoir to deal the most damage. It willflip upside downa lot, so verify to keep track. It will also teleport a short distance a few times, so don’t let that startle you. Once Bellanoir’s health reaches zero, it will go into the second phase, where it freezes you and heals itself up. This is super annoying when you think it’s done, but you’ll just have to give it one final push.
Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit effects
At defeat, these Pals will drop some really great rewards, the Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit being among them. These fruits boost the following stats of a Pal who eats them:
However, keep in mind that you’ll usually only get one, maybe two, after a fight. If you want to get many of these, you’ll have to grind the battles a lot.
