To unlock the Royalty Tiger camo in Modern Warfare 3, you need to buy the Call of Duty Task Force 141 Crossbody Sling Bag from theCall of Duty Shop, whichcosts around $60 (excluding tax). The camo code will be sent to you if you agree to receive Call of Duty Shop Marketing emails before buying the bag.
The special effect that makes it glow in the dark is the main highlight of the Royalty Tiger weapon camo. When you enter a house, it looks like you are holding a flashlight, and it is so stunning that it almost distracts me from the zombies.
