Once you get to this rank, you’ll need to finish a couple of tasks withYanita Naraat the Le Mont Muet on Saint-Anne(seen in the photos above) as she shows you the ropes of trading. After doing a few quests for her, you’ll unlock theHelm’s Black Market, where you can purchase the Sambuk Blueprint for5,000 pieces of eight(not silver).
