Whispering Promise price and stats
The Whispering Promise is an Uncommon ring. It has a feature calledBlessed Mercy, which states, “When you heal a creature, it gains a +1d4 bonus to Attack Rolls and Saving Throws for two turns.” The price of it can vary depending on the Charisma of the character that speaks to the vendor first and the attitude the vendor has towards the party.
In order to raise the level of friendliness with a vendor, give them free stuff; this will make the smiley face in the bottom right corner of the trading screen move closer to the yellow and green lines. This makes purchases from that vendor a little cheaper.
