Trying not to take damage is hard in Lethal Company, so figuring out how to heal is the next best step. However, trying to heal is not as easy as it seems in-game.

If you are dying to know if you may heal in Lethal Company,it appears you can’t. In short, there doesn’t appear to be any real way to heal your character should you take damage. Can you revive in Lethal company?
Similar to being able to heal, you can’t revive players if they die in Lethal Company. Because of this, if players die, they must wait for the game to end to respawn. Before the game ends, we recommend picking up the dead player’s body and returning it to the ship. Doing so will save you from getting a penalty fee for the recovery of the player’s dead body.
