Just like Ingots, you can’t find Refined Ingots in Palworld; you need to craft it. For starters, you need to make an Improved Furnace, which you can unlock at Technology level 34 and add to your base.

Where to farm Coal in Palworld
While you can find Ore in the starting area pretty easily, you will need to travel a bit until you find Coal. One of the best locations forCoal farmingis at-157,-89(1); just watch out not to stumble into Anubis. This place also has Ore for you to mine too.
Another location with both Coal and Ore can be found at195, -40(2). However, you’ll have to fight off some Free Alliance Pal Devouts that are ready to shoot you at the slightest provocation (existing).

Mining for Ore can be a tedious job, which is why you should work on setting up apassive Ore farmand get all of your Pals to do the work. You can go to the Desolate Church at70, -409, which is also a good location for your base, as you can farm wood and stone here, too.
