The directions of one way roads in Cities Skylines 2 is based either on thedirection of your mouse or the direction of the road you’re connecting it to. So, if you have a one way road going to the right, you’re able to’t make it suddenly one way to the left without creating a break in the street. You may be able to technically lay it down, but the road will not function properly.

But if you just want to change directions from a single road laid down, justdelete the construction and move the mouse in the other directionwhile laying down the street. This will create a one-way street in a new direction.
