I’m sure I’m not the only one who likes to play TFT on my phone when I don’t feel like getting on my PC, and when I play, I’d like to have access to the public beta, so I can practiceall my team compsbefore the set even comes out.

Once you’ve done all of this and have submitted the Google form, you’ll just need to sit tight and wait for them to approve you. Once Riot Games reaches back out to you, they’ll let you know all the steps you need to follow to get into TFT PBE on your mobile device.
I’m sure they’re going to give preference to players who’ve been on TFT for longer rather than newer players, since the whole point of the public beta is to test the game’s mechanics out and give out valuable feedback, so the developers can improve the game.
