HoYoverse’s darling new title,Zenless Zone Zero, is an urban fantasy ARPG that introduces players to the world of New Eridu, which rose from the brink of destruction caused by the Hollows. Players take on the role of a Proxy, meet new friends, and embark on a journey with a unique visual flair, vibrant graphics, and a modern, groovy soundtrack unlike any other HoYoverse game.
Zenless Zone Zero has begun recruiting applicants for its third closed beta—the Amplifying Test. If you’re interested in trying out the unique experience before everyone else, here are all the requirements to get started.
Spots for the ZZZ Amplifying Test (closed beta) are limited and distributed via a lottery. There are a few ways, so try to participate in all of them to increase your chances of getting a coveted slot.
Sign-Up Link
First, head to theofficial recruitment siteand log into your HoYoverse account, which is the same account you use across the developer’s other games (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, etc).
Click on thesign-up buttonon the upper left of the screen to trigger a Google Form pop-up, then fill in the necessary information. Keep in mind that you need to be at least 16 years old by the time the Amplifying Test starts to qualify. If your 16th birthday falls within the year but is celebrated after the Amplifying Test, you’ll be counted as 15 years old and cannot participate.
Signing up via this method will put your account in a lottery pool, where you have a chance of winning a slot in the Amplifying Test / closed beta. HoYoverse will announce the kickoff date at a later period.
Participate in the Volume Amplification Giveaway event
Head to the officialVolume Amplification Giveaway pageand complete the tasks to obtain Draw chances. These can be used in the web-based gacha, where you have a chance to win a plethora of exciting rewards, including gadgets, ZZZ merch, and the coveted Amplifying Test Qualification slot. Rewards are not guaranteed with every draw, but the tasks are easy, so test out your luck daily for more chances of winning!

Participate in the X (Twitter) retweet campaign
Zenless Zone Zero is celebrating the opening of theofficial Reddit communitywith a retweet campaign on X (formerly Twitter)! Simplyretweet the announcement postbetween March 17 to June 13, 2025, while following all of theevent rules, to get a chance to win an Amplifying Test slot. Only 20 lucky players will have a chance to join the closed beta through this method.
Participate in the X (Twitter) follow campaign
Zenless Zone Zero is celebrating the release of all 12 official X (formerly Twitter) accounts in various languages. To commemorate, 10 random followers across each of the language accounts will get a chance to win an Amplifying Test Qualification slot! You can win the prize even if you aren’t a native speaker of the language as long as you abide by theevent rules, so be sure to follow all of the accounts below to not miss out on an easy chance to win.

Zenless Zone Zero Amplifying Test (closed beta) requirements
The ZZZ closed betarequires you to be 16 years old or above to participate. I recommend declaring your age truthfully, as HoYoverse may or may not do an age verification check later down the line.
HoYoverse has also detailed the minimum spec requirements to access the game on various devices. Make sure to check your device for compatibility.
