Best way to survive Shroud in Enshrouded
Surviving shroud in the early game is challenging because you only have aroundfive minutesbefore taking environmental damage in the shroud. Luckily, you can increase your chances of survival by finding consumables such asshroud survival flasks. Survival flasks are a unique potion that boosts how long you can stay in the shroud by two minutes. The effect of the flasks also remains on your character for around45 minutes.

If you want to grab a few of these shroud survival flasks, you must loot or craft them via theAlchemist Craftsperson. you may find and loot shroud survival flasks by searching and breaking containers near Elixir Wells. I also found one or two potions when looting the Ancient Spire in the Springlands. If you are trying to loot Elixir Wells, you can find glowing hourglass capsules that boost your shroud meter.
Another way to increase your survival rate in the shroud is to upgrade yourflame altar. Upgrading your flame altar boosts the shroud level you can pass through and how long you can stay in the shroud.

To upgrade the flame altar in Enshrouded, you must gather the following resources and materials listed below:
After gathering the required materials, access your flame altar and selectStrengthen the Flamebelow the option torespec. Doing so upgrades your altar to level 2 for the first time. Level 2 flame altars grant level 2 shroud passage and one extra minute you can spend in a shroud.
