Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Laugh Floor update, players welcome Mike and Sulley. While doing one of Mike’s quests, players will encounter a broken reception door, and here’s how you’re able to fix it in-game.
How to fix the broken reception door in Disney Dreamlight Valley
When you first enter the Monsters, Inc. realm, you will find a door on your right, but it’s locked. You must complete Sulley’sEscape Clawsquest first, and once it’s done, theEyes on the Prizewill begin. During this quest, players will need to access the keycards that are kept inside the reception room.
To get the keycards, players must fix the door to the reception room. Upon interacting with the door, you will be prompted to find the tools from the Laugh Floor to fix it.

Players will require anMFIT Toolkitthat can be found at the back of the Laugh Floor, inside ared storage cabinet. Once you have the toolkit, head back to the broken door. Once again, interact with it and transfer the MFIT Toolkit to fix the reception door. Check the image above to see how it looks. Once the door is fixed, you can head inside to collect the keycards.
Apart from needing the keycards inside, you will again need to collect the Green Soda can from the vending machine inside this room. Hence, unlocking this door is crucial to the Eyes on the Prize quest. Once you fix and unlock the door, the quest can be completed, making way for Sulley and Mike to join the valley.
