The world ofNightingaleis vast and challenging, so if you’re not achieving optimal performance, you’re not alone. Below, I will discuss the optimal graphics and difficulty settings.

Best performance and visual settings in Nightingale

There are some settings that do not significantly impact the visual experience of your gameplay. Therefore, if you change them, you will end up increasing your FPS.

Best graphics settings in Nightingale

These are the optimal settings to choose if you want your game to have the best visual quality while providing you with peak performance. If you are still experiencing a few dropped frames, I recommend adjusting the balanced settings to performance mode one by one to determine your preferred configuration.

The images above represent visually the difference between max graphic settings and the custom settings we listed above. There are only slight differences in textures, shadows, and distant objects. However, you aren’t sacrificing much by lowering your graphics, and the game will undoubtedly run much better.

We tested the FPS at both max and custom settings, and the game runs much smoother in performance. Our FPS dropped to about 30-40 while running and fighting at maximum graphics, whereas we stayed at a comfortable 70+ when prioritizing performance. It depends on what system you have and what your CPU can handle, but overall, you’re sacrificing some comfort in play with max graphics and are bound to experience some lagging and texture pops as the game tries to run everything.

Best difficulty settings in Nightingale

Loadout difficulty determines how much helpful gear you will start with and what challenges you may face as you play the game. With easy giving you the most chances to survive, and extreme giving you the least.

The settings you choose are totally up to your personal preference as to how much experience you have playing survival games. I have a rule of thumb to always start withMediumsettings regardless of which game I try. So, in case you are confused, I recommend you do the same.
