Reverse: 1999is a tactical anime-esque RPG set in London in the 1900’s. The game employs a traditional gacha system, with new release and special banners that feature five and six-star units on rotation.

Reverse 1999 New Release Banner V1.4 | 6 | Seeker in the Cave
The current Reverse: 1999 new release banner called Seeker in the Cave runs fromMarch 28, 2024, to Jul 24, 2025. It features a new six-star Intellect character named 6, who can be used as a debuff/purity support unit. Alongside him, you’re able to pull for five-star characters Click and Baby Blue on rate-up.
Reverse 1999 new release banner pity system, explained
Reverse: 1999 offers a 1.5% chance to obtain a six-star character (2.36% if the 50-50 guarantee is counted), which is around 70 pulls. There is a soft pity at 60 pulls, where your chances of obtaining a six-star character is significantly increased until you hit the 70th pull mark.
Your first six-star pull has a 50% chance of being the featured character. If you fail to obtain the featured six-star, your next six-star is guaranteed to be the featured character. Conversely, if you obtain the featured character, your next six-star pull only has a 50% chance of being the featured character.
Meanwhile, you have an 8.5% chance of obtaining a five-star character. Whenever you do, there’s a 50% chance for the character to be one featured on rate-up.

Reverse: 1999 has also introduced a special limited banner called Abundance of the Water: The First Milestone, which runs fromMarch 7, 2024, to June 23, 2025. You’re eligible to claim one free summon a day for seven days. This banner introduces special mechanics thatguarantee every six-star pull to be one of four characters: A Knight, Melania, An-an Lee, Melania, or Voyager.

The official lineup for Version 1.5 has not yet been revealed by the developers of Reverse: 1999. However, based on the CN server banner history, it’s possible for the Global server to receive the following banner lineups:
