Jun Kazama is a legacy Tekken character, but she hasn’t appeared in the mainline series ever since Tekken 2. We know how challenging this mysterious woman is for beginners, and this Tekken 8 Jun beginner’s guide is here to make learning easier.
Tekken 8 Jun Tutorial
Jun’s style is Kazama-Style traditional Martial Arts, one of the game’stop tier fighting styles. You can notice the elements of this style in the moveset of Asuka and Devil Jin (or Tekken 3 Jin). That’s because Asuka is Jun’s niece, and Jin is her son with Kazuya. Jun’s Kazama-Style is a variation of Aiki-Jutsu and Karate. This style has several stances and mighty combos.

Note: This guide uses standard Tekken novelist legend. For the new Tekken players, that means there are numbers instead of buttons. Number 1 is a left punch or X/Square button; number 2 is a right punch or Y/Triangle button. The same goes for kicks; number 3 is the left kick or A/X button, and number 4 is the right kick or B/Circle button.
The movement commands are in letters, so “f” is forward, “b” is back, “u” is up, and “d” is down. The same goes for combination; for example, d/f is down-forward. Capital letters mean holding the direction button instead of just pressing it.
