Outlast Trials Which bodies have the keys in Kill the Snitch?
Before the game tells you where the first key is, you have to look up at the TV attached to the ceiling, and if you keep staring at it, you will see a symbol. Once you see it, remember it, move forward to the room near that TV, and look for the body with that symbol. Once you identify the body, loot it, and you will get the key.
After that, you will get the objective of finding three more keys, but those are not that difficult. All you have to do is look for TVs and identify the symbol for each area. After that, look for the body with that symbol and loot the key from it. Repeat that for each section of the map, and you will have all three keys in no time.

How to find all keys in Agents Grinded - The Outlast Trials
In addition to the main quest, there is another quest called Agents Grinded, where you have to find three keys as well. This one is also located at the Police station, but the bodies with keys are different. When the trail starts and you pull the main lever in the hall, there will be three TVs on each side of the hall. Identify each of their symbols and look for bodies with those symbols.
Remember, if a TV is showing a diamond symbol, then you have to find the body with a diamond in the area ahead of the door where the TV is. This means that you have to remember which TV showed which symbol and only look for bodies with the symbol shown on that area’s TV.
