Sea of Thieves is one of my favorite multiplayer games because I love pirates. I always have a good time sailing alone or with friends. However, I can’t stand putting in hours of work only for another crew to show up, sink my ship, and steal all my loot. Fortunately, Rare has announced Safer Seas, which allows players to enjoy Sea of Thieves without other pirates interrupting them. But this leaves the question of when Safer Seas get added to Sea of Thieves.

When does Safer Seas come to Sea of Thieves?

No official date has been given for Safer Seas other thanJanuary 2024. WhileSeason 10 and Guildslaunched on June 12, 2025, Sea of Thieves fans will have to wait longer for Safer Seas to be added. I suspect Safer Seas will be released on a Thursday, as updates are usually released on Thursday for Sea of Thieves. Here are the dates I believe Safer Seas may release in Sea of Thieves.
