In Palworld, your Pals may sometimes feel down due to poor working conditions, which ultimately affects their work efficiency. In such situations, you must take the necessary actions in order to improve their work conditions and keep them happy.
How to cure a depressed Pal due to poor working conditions in Palworld
There are multiple ways to improve the working conditions and keep your Pals happy in Palworld. To begin with, I recommendcrafting a bedfor each Pal so they can rest and recharge their energy. If you’re in the early stages, you may easily build a basic straw bed from the build menu.
If your player level is 24 or higher, consider constructing aFluffy Pal bed. This special bed rapidly restoresSAN(sanity) to any Pal that takes a nap on it. It’s particularly helpful if you observe your base workers experiencing stress more frequently than usual.

Finally, you cancraft a feed boxin which you can storefoodso that your Pals can eat whenever they’re exhausted or hungry. The feed box unlocks at Level 4 and can be crafted with 20 Wood. However, you’ll need to ensure that there’s enough food in the feed box at all times. To automate this process, you can build a berry plantation nearby.
