Palworld lets you and your Pals eat a lot of different food items, which can sometimes lead to your Pal being Overfull. It’s hard to know exactly what fixes this condition of your Pal, but in this guide, I will tell you what to do if a Pal is Overfull in Palworld.
How to fix my Overfull Pal condition in Palworld
To fix your Pal being Overfull, you have to craft and feed your Pal Low Grade Medical Supplies. To do that, you will need to get a Medical Workbench, and the earliest one you can unlock is the Medieval Medicine Workbench at level 12 in theTechnology tree. You will need 30 Wood, 5Nail, and 10Paldium Fragmentsto craft it.

After crafting Medieval Medicine Workbench, open its menu to see all the recipes and select Low Grade Medical Supplies. You will need 5 Red Berries, which you will find in small berry plants spread throughout the world, and 2Horns, which are looted from various Pals. Horns can be a little tricky to find, but your best is to find and kill an Eikthyrdeer.
With all those items collected, start crafting the Grade Medical Supplies and go near the Pal who is Overfull, where you will get the Pal Menu. Select the Feed Pal option from the menu and give the Low Grade Medical Supplies to fix its Overfull condition.
