InvitingFish Thiccto the heist crew is the third stage in the Snapshot questline. Players can find him inside his house located at theShore Shack landmark(south of Shattered Slabs). Check the yellow circle on the map image above to see his exact location.
Head inside, speak to Fish Thicc bypressing E, and click Continue a few times to complete the third stage of the questline.
